Over the course of my time freelancing and on-staff with Skillshare, I’ve gotten to work on a number of fun projects, including a complete rebrand. From brand and voice guidelines to a roll-out campaign, Skillshare’s new brand established a focus on classes for creatives, and the journey you embark on when you explore your creativity.
In September of 2019, Skillshare embarked on an ambitious effort to better align the Skillshare brand with how the company had evolved and where it was going. Narrowing to a focus on its creative audience, the new brand highlighted how creative exploration leads to self-discovery. We launched the new brand to acclaim on January 1, 2020.
