But I'll try not to be self-indulgent. I'm a Creative Director, Copywriter and Strategist living in Connecticut, a short train ride from NYC. I’ve worked with big agencies, small boutiques, in-house teams, on staff and as a freelance contractor. I’ve served as a solo creative consultant, led teams and pitched in where I’m needed.
My work has spanned industries, which has been amazing, because I love going deep on new subjects. So whether it means taking the technical and complicated (health, finance, education, tech) and finding what’s approachable, emotional, and exciting, or it means bringing new perspectives to familiar products (food & beverage, travel & tourism, retail), I’m always interested to find what’s compelling about any topic. I’m a strategic thinker and I WILL ask too many questions. I’m a problem solver, a believer in team, and a resourceful advocate for exciting, moving, and effective work.
(While I’m generally more excited by strategic problem solving, I also appreciate the role awards play, and it’s always nice to be recognized. Work I’ve been a part of has been awarded by Clios, National Addys, the One Show, Communication Arts, HOW, Print, Cannes Young Lions, etc.)
On the side, I take beginner piano lessons, propagate houseplants, wake up too early, recommend podcasts, load the dishwasher the way it should be, and steal all my best ideas from my children.
